We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining high accuracy standards.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy
Verify data for errors and correct discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize and maintain electronic files and records
Generate reports as requested by management
Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding data updates or issues
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field (1+ year preferred)
Typing speed of at least 45–60 WPM with strong accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Quiet and professional home workspace
