Position Overview

We are seeking energetic and motivated Canvassers to join our dynamic team! This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a fast-paced environment, utilizing your communication and customer service expertise to drive business growth.

The Canvassing Representative generates qualified leads and schedules in-home appointments through direct, door-to-door conversations with homeowners. You’ll represent AWS professionally in the field while following proven processes and hitting clear performance goals that directly drive company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Engage Homeowners: Start conversations, build rapport, and uncover needs

• Set Appointments: Generate qualified in-home demos for the sales team

• Track Results: Log leads and activity to measure performance

• Improve Daily: Participate in coaching and team training

• Represent the Brand: Maintain professionalism, energy, and integrity in the field

Schedule

• Full-time | Monday–Saturday availability | Afternoons & evenings required 

Requirements

• Proven track record & ability to showcase professional communication skills

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Ability to pass drug, background, and fingerprint screening

• Able to work outdoors and carry light materials
