Treat Team Members are an essential role of our Rita#39;s team. We#39;re looking for responsible and energetic individuals to join us for our best year yet!

Student? No problem! We understand education and sports and clubs are an important part of that experience so we offer flexible scheduling while attending school.

The treat team member activities include:

• Preparing our signature treats quickly and efficiently (training provided)
• Making treat suggestions and upselling
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome while providing excellent customer service
• Feel comfortable using a cash register and handling monetary transactions (training provided)
• Assist with providing overall cleanliness in all service areas of the store
• Maintaining a well-stocked and safe store
• Taking direction from leaders and work well in a team environment

Job requirements:

• At least 15 years old.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible to work at least 1 shift a week (Mon-Thurs) and weekends as well as 1 of the 3 summer holidays (Labor day, July 4, Memorial day)
• Applicants should be people oriented, self-motivated, dependable, like to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the store.

Starting salary (based on experience and availability) ranges from $8 to $12 an hour plus tips (an additional $2 to $7 an hour). Therefore, the more you work, the more money you can make as tips fluctuate and can increase your wage dramatically!
