Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 DOE

The Customer Service Representative supports customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, coordinating transportation billing, and managing logistics for offshore, ISO, and IBC container rentals, sales, and services. The role ensures accurate order processing, on-hire/off-hire documentation, monthly fleet reporting, invoicing, equipment returns, and damage reporting while working closely with internal teams and customers to provide timely, professional service.

Description:

• Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process transportation billing and track logistics activities.
• Receive, process, and manage customer orders.
• Maintain accurate on-hire and off-hire documentation and rental information.
• Coordinate monthly fleet reports and invoicing.
• Manage equipment return orders and off-hire processing.
• Document and report equipment damage, ensuring proper client notification and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience (some college preferred).
• Basic knowledge of billing, CRM systems, and ERP software (Navision 2017 preferred).
• Transportation and logistics experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
