We are growing and looking for dedicated Per Diem Caregivers to join our supportive, professional team. Position Summary As a Per Diem Caregiver, you will provide non-medical, in-home support and companionship to elderly clients. This role offers excellent flexibility and is perfect for caregivers who are passionate about helping others while balancing their own schedules. What You’ll Do * Assist with personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility * Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support * Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed * Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and general household organization * Provide medication reminders following the care plan * Accompany clients to appointments or errands (as needed) * Observe and promptly report any changes in condition to the Care Coordinator * Document care provided clearly and accurately * Care Needs * Supervision required at all times to ensure safety * Light assistance with all daily tasks * Client is frail and a fall risk; caregiver must remain by her side when walking * Uses a walker inside the apartment (moves slowly) * Uses a wheelchair when leaving the apartment * Incontinence care required (uses pull-ups) * Takes a daily afternoon nap * Wears hearing aids and glasses What We’re Looking For * At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or family care accepted) * A compassionate, dependable, and patient personality * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to follow individualized care plans * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * CPR/First Aid certification preferred * CNA/HHA certification a plus, but not required Compensation & Schedule * Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour * Schedule: Per diem with flexible shifts—days, evenings, weekends, and overnights * Opportunities for additional hours based on client needs and your availability Why You’ll Love Working With Us * Flexible scheduling designed around your lifestyle * Warm, supportive team environment * Paid orientation and continuous training opportunities * Truly meaningful work that makes a positive impact in someone’s life every day Extra Perks!!
