Job Description
Role is intended to be 4 days onsite in Newark, DE.*** Will start with 3 days onsite. A Fraud Detection Specialist level I, will review alerts/transactions that are flagged as potentially fraudulent, or out of pattern, based on the client's normal activity. Alerts and/or transactions may consist of various payment types and colleagues in this department are tasked with reviewing and verifying these alerted transactions via outbound and/or inbound call, in addition to initiating dispute claims. This position will play a key role in the prevention of losses to the client and its clients. The Fraud Detection Specialist I, is a position requiring banking operations and/or contact center knowledge, and a general knowledge of fraud identification and prevention. • Demonstrate resiliency and adaptability in a fast-paced contact center environment • Intake 3/10: M-F 9-5 or 8-5, 30 or one hour lunch. Onsite in Newark, DE 4 days onsite and 1 day remote - might fluctuate with a 3/2 or 2/3 due to limited office space. This candidate will need to have experience with First Priority Fraud. Where the bank needs to monitor and investigate clients looking to defraud the bank through loans, or fake investments, etc. Candidates must have experience with research and investigating these types of activities by monitoring these clients and analyzing any suspicious activity.
