General Production Worker | $18–$19/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Sort, lift, catch, and package ceramic & glass tiles
• Prepare and mix raw materials and glazes
• Operate production machinery
• Perform basic assembly and inspection tasks
• Clean production lines and maintain organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor
• Comfortable working with large machines and equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Good focus when handling counting and packaging tasks

Preferred:

• Experience in heavy/industrial environments
• Comfortable working around kilns & high temperatures
• Willingness to learn and grow into operator/lead roles

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
