The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support client engagements, contribute to strategic growth, and deliver impactful solutions for our clients. This is a pivotal role for those looking to deepen their expertise and influence outcomes as a trusted consultant in a fast-growing firm. 

You will be involved in all phases of consulting engagements, from opportunity identification and proposal support to project execution and client relationship building. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in data-driven transformation, a consulting mindset, and a passion for commercial real estate technology. 

What You'll Do

Client Delivery & Project Execution

• Support client engagements as a key team member 

• Assist with discovery, solution design, and planning for data strategy and engineering projects 

• Contribute to the delivery of multidisciplinary workstreams and help ensure client satisfaction 

Practice Growth & Collaboration

• Assist with proposal creation, including scope definition and resource planning 

• Contribute ideas to enhance the firm's service offerings in data solutions for real estate investment firms 

• Support the development of junior staff and knowledge sharing across the team 

• Work closely with leadership on firm initiatives and continuous improvement 

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise 

• 3+ years in consulting , with demonstrated experience supporting client projects 

• Knowledge of commercial real estate investment workflows, data challenges, and technology solutions 

• Track record of contributing to successful engagements and proposal processes 

• Familiarity with data platforms , analytics, or cloud-based tools (e.g., Azure, Power BI, etc.) 

Collaboration & Communication

• Professional presence with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders 

• Strong communication skills, including in meetings and written materials 

• Motivated, collaborative, and proactive with a growth mindset 

• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, dynamic, and innovation-driven culture
