Work Arrangement: 100% On-site

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

You will manage an average workload of over 100 identity-related tickets per month, focusing on the following core capabilities:

• Access Management: Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations.
• Identity Support: Manage User ID lifecycles, bulk ID requests, and information updates.
• Authentication: Optimize and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) protocols.
• Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes to increase team efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work alongside security teams (OISP) to design custom and off-the-shelf software solutions.

Candidate Requirements

Technical Experience:

• Systems/Software: At least 2 years of experience in software administration, development, or systems support.
• Troubleshooting: 2 years of experience handling user issues and technical trouble tickets.
• IAM Interest: A strong desire to learn Identity and Access Management concepts and scripting is highly desired.

Mandatory Compliance:

• In-Person Interview: Candidates must be available for an on-site interview in Columbus, Ohio.
• Security Clearance: Selected candidates must complete an FBI fingerprint background check prior to starting.
• Equipment Policy: Strict adherence to the policy prohibiting the use of government equipment outside of the United States.
