What is the opportunity?
Join the Technology Training team at RBC WM-U.S. Drive overall technology engagement and adoption for the private client group field audience and deliver customized technology-led consulting and coaching for key advisors and their teams. This position will require flexibility in being able to adapt to multiple strategic initiatives and growth; support developing and mature best-in-class technology; and deliver the effective implementation for the scope and scale of the consulting role. Be responsible for supporting and collaborating with Technology training, divisional leadership, and other key business partners to align and deliver on training strategies and plans to meet complex/branch level needs; help mitigate business and technology disruptions; and implement solutions for improvement. Create and share a culture of learning and insight to keep current advisors/team(s) invested

The expected salary range for this particular position is $70,000-$130,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
